Here are the questions you often ask us:


When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.

Then expect between 6 to 17 business days for your item to arrive at your home.

During peak periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipment. Our packages are shipped with La Poste; we do not work with relay points.



My order is not complete

Since we have different storage locations and work with various manufacturers, you might receive your products in separate packages. So, don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at once.

Our average delivery times are 6 to 17 business days. It's possible that some packages may take a bit longer than this.

However, if you still have not received your package after 30 business days from ordering, we will fully refund you, and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@cyclmania.co.uk

Beyond this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.



The item I received is broken/defective?

Despite our demanding selection of trusted carriers, it may happen that your package arrives damaged.

In this case, or in the case of a design fault, contact us at contact@cyclmania.co.uk with the following details:

    1. Your order number
    2. The description of the problem (wrong / defective item, ...)
    3. A photo or a video

You will not need to return the product, and we will directly refund the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you wish for another form of refund, please specify).

Are my information secure?
